1. How can we pay for the products on your website and how safe & secure is your website?

You are able to pay for the products with a UK registered credit/debit card which should be registered at your address or Bank Transfers . 2. Do I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes as soon as you order is confirmed we will send you a tracking number for you to track your delivery.

3. Can I cancel my order once i have made the payment?

Once the order has been shipped and you have received a confirmation it is difficult to cancel the order but we can follow a returns process and in this case and get you your funds refunded as soon as possible. Please check our returns policy for further details.

4. Can I get advise on what product is most suitable for me.

5. What if the product I want to order is out of stock
